Personal and Group Connection
to the Inner Fire
Through the group experience of the HAKA
which comes from Maori culture in New Zealand (Aotearoa),
We will connect to our inner fire,
regardless of who we are or what body we were born to.

Anyone who has ever experienced HAKA knows -
there is something here that goes straight to the body and heart.
Something raw, authentic, primal.
But what few know:
This power is not reserved for Maori culture.
It is in each of us.
In a Haka workshop, we don't just "perform a dance" -
We are opening an ancient door to parts of us that modern life has silenced.
Through rhythm, movement, voice and alert breathing,
we participate in a ceremony that shakes the earth and
lights a fire that brings the group together.
What really happens in the body and mind through HAKA ?
The body remembers what the mind has forgotten.
Unlike workshops based on words and thoughts, the HAKA is etched in physical memory. Participants report that they can re-feel the power they experienced in the workshop just by standing in the opening position of the dance - even months later.

Dance ignites the fire of life.
When performing the HAKA, the body releases a powerful chemical cocktail - adrenaline that increases alertness, dopamine that creates a sense of satisfaction, and oxytocin that strengthens the feeling of connection to others.
Participants report a natural "high" that lasts for hours after the activity.

Channels of expression that were blocked are opened
The deep voices, facial expressions and movements of the HAKA allow for the expression of emotions and feelings that normally have no place in everyday life. The initial tremor ("Can I really make a sound like that?") gradually turns into a deep and unexpected release.

WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE FROM THE HAKA?
Safe Method to Release and Express
Many of us live in a world of restraint and rigid social expectations.
HAKA provides a well-defined framework in which to safely release and express
without fearing that it will be perceived as "strange" or "inappropriate."
It is a liberating experience where wildness and power are not only accepted, but welcomed.

To Show Strength Without Aggression
The HAKA allows you to experience true power.
It is a power that comes from confidence and presence, not from control or struggle.
Participants discover that they can be "take more space" without diminishing or taking from anyone else.
On the contrary, in HAKA, the individual empowers the group and the group empowers the individual.

Practical tool to deal with challenges
Unlike other spiritual experiences that are difficult to translate into everyday life, the HAKA provides a practical tool that can be taken home.
Participants learn to harness this powerful energy in the face of real challenges.
From a difficult conversation at work, to standing in front of an audience, to significant life decisions.

Vitality that is present in all walks of life
The practice releases blocked energy and stimulates the body.
Participants report more life energy available after the workshop.
The impact lasts long after the hours or day of the workshop.

WHAT LED
ME HERE?
"It was during challenging times in my life, where I felt emotionally blocked and shut down.
The first encounter with the HAKA shook me to my core.
I saw the gap between who I was and what I could be.
I was surprised to discover the variety of voices, movements, and emotions that I had never allowed myself to express.
It was a revelation - that the power I was looking for was there all along,
just waiting for the right ritual to awaken.
I traveled to New Zealand (Aotearoa), to experience the Maori culture.
And I learned how this ancient ritual can be completely relevant to the challenges of modern life.
Today, after thousands of workshop participants, I am still thrilled every time I see the transformation.
How people enter hesitantly and leave vibrating.
What happens when you experience HAKA together?
The real magic of the HAKA occurs in the group dimension (Kapa Haka).
When people perform the movements and sounds together, a special phenomenon is created:
Synchronization that empowers and unites
People who were strangers or distant colleagues just an hour ago find themselves moving in harmony, breathing together, singing as one.
A kind of connection that runs deep.
A New vision of the group.
After the HAKA, participants see each other in a completely different light.
“I didn’t know this side of…” is a recurring phrase.
The group dynamic changes as people see each other’s authentic power.
An unforgettable group memory
While most bonding activities are quickly forgotten, the HAKA creates a powerful physical and emotional memory that participants talk about years later. A shared narrative is created that serves as a reference point in the group's history.

״Experiencing the Haka with Daniel changed my life.
Not less than that.
One of my fears in life is standing in front of an audience.
Daniel's Haka and guidance put me center stage and allowed me to overcome a significant barrier.
The experience that Daniel led with special sensitivity and wisdom introduced a new language to our family.
My son and I fell in love with the Haka and we practice together.
Whenever we get angry, we turn it into a fun Haka battle.
I invite everyone to join this life-changing journey.״

"I sat in amazement and watched a group of men devote themselves to a new kind of movement. To the faces, the voices, to immersing as a warrior tribe for an entire hour. Wow, I was surprised by the way Daniel swept everyone away.
He managed to support the participants to leave their barriers outside the workshop and allow them to try something new and to surrender to the experience.
Participants spoke of this as one of the most powerful experiences from the 6-day processing journey.
Since then, I have been able to see the magic happen again and again in different groups from different populations, and I highly recommend just trying it."

"As part of the Villa Campus program of the Israeli Defense Partnership, which deals with the prevention and treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder, Daniel came to conduct a haka workshop.
During the workshop, there was a sense of transcendence and consolidation. Introverted participents opened up and even lead the dance at points. This allowed them to open up even more in other activities later in the week.
The workshop has the ability to unite and build a powerful experience of togetherness.
Understanding the culture, in a nutshell, is fascinating and presented with love and respect by Daniel, causing participants to join in and learn the warrior dance.
Highly recommended for team building."
