HAKA
Igniting Your Inner Fire
Enhance Group Connection
Your invited to connect to a wild and liberating energy together.
Feel the rhythm, release sounds you didn't know existed inside!
The Haka ceremony is a traditional dance that comes from the Maori culture in New Zealand (Aotearoa).
This experience creates an immediate connection between participants through shared rhythmic movements, voices, and chants.
Through the HAKA, we connect to an inner strength and a sense of security, we release held energy and reduce emotional and physical stress.
In the experience we will work with movement, breath, and sound to stimulate the body and fill it with vitality.
The HAKA makes people discover sides they didn't even know about themselves.
Within 20 minutes, limitations are released,
barriers melt away and a crazy sense of group presence is born.

Movement Workshops
Ecstatic Dance Journeys
Self-discovery that cannot be explained in words
You don't have to know how to dance.
You don't have to be "liberated."
Just move within yourself as the music guides you inward.
Without having to account to anyone or even ourselves.
To move through the musical waves with an open and curious heart in an experience without words and without judgment.
There are no "right" or" wrong" steps, no "beautiful" or "ugly".
There is only authenticity.
The music is builds in waves, from gentle and slow to energetic peaks, allowing for a deep emotional journey.
Into what exists within the body and mind.
It is an intimate and personal experience that creates deep value when experienced together.
When we connect with ourselves more deeply,
we become more grounded and present in our shared work.
Our deep connection to ourselves allows us to contribute more authentically to the group experience and build trust at a level that is harder to achieve through traditional means.

For a Unique Group Experience
In a busy world, teams and groups face many challenges.
Limited communication, interpersonal tensions, and a routine that wears out.
Our bodies hold tensions and patterns.
And the group energy is directly affected by this.
Movement workshops offer a completely different approach.
A shared experience that connects people through movement, music
and personal expression in a group space.
When people move together, a connection is created that is difficult to achieve in traditional ways.
Explore the opportunity to break barriers, to connect authentically
and to create shared memories that will continue to resonate long after the workshop ends.

My Journey
Daniel Berman
After years of international leadership roles in the tech industry,
I understood the challenges and complexities of the modern work environment. I felt the price we pay when the connection to the body, emotions, and others is pushed aside in favor of productivity and efficiency.
My journey into movement, dance, and Haka has allowed me to discover powerful tools that can bring significant change to organizations and teams. I have discovered that when people move together, authentic connections are created that are difficult to achieve in other ways.
What particularly excites me is seeing the change in group dynamics after workshops.
How people who have worked together for years suddenly see each other in a new light, how communication barriers open up, and how group energy is renewed.
In addition to my personal work, I am also a founding partner of the "LAVO - Talking about Sex from the Beginning, a NGO which trains educators how to support teens with everything related to sexuality, gender, and relationships.
